This process initiates adjustments to the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) commitment in several scenarios.
- For subsequent early release packages (e.g., early release 2, 3, 4, etc.)
- When issuing Amendment No. 1: Acceptance of GMP (CM-72), following one or more prior early releases for the commitment
- MPSA: Construction (A-2), following one or more prior early releases for the commitment
- Design-Build Acceptance of Construction Proposal-GMP (DB-72.1), following one or more prior early releases for the commitment
Do not use for Notices of Change (NOC), Proposed Change Orders (POC), or Change Orders (COB).
