This process initiates contract changes that do not require a Notice of Change (NOC), Potential Change Order (PCO), or Change Order (COB).
This applies to architects (under A-10 and MPSA agreements), consultants, certain contractor contract types, and construction managers providing only preconstruction services.
It is intended for use with these forms of agreement:
- Change in Services (A-70)
- Architect MPSA Modification (A-MPSA-70)
- Professional Services PO Modification (C-70)
- Contractor PO Modification (PO-77)
- Change in Preconstruction Services (CM-70)
- Change in Preconstruction Services (DB-70)
- PO Adjustments without a contract
